1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Sofr (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. These terms are an agreement between you and Sofr ("we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Sofr is a digital platform that provides QR menu solutions and digital design assets for businesses and individuals.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle handles all customer service inquiries and returns. By placing an order, you agree to Paddle's Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

4. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Sofr cannot and will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.

5. Refund Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with our Service. If you are not happy with your purchase, you are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of your initial transaction.

To request a refund, please contact us at [email protected]. Refunds are processed through Paddle, our Merchant of Record. Once approved, the funds will be credited back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. After the 14-day period, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.

6. Content and Conduct

Users retain rights to the content they upload. However, you grant Sofr a license to host and display this content as necessary to provide the Service. You agree not to upload any content that is illegal, infringing, or violates any third-party rights.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sofr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Albania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
